Survey per SMS targets key players in various industries to help promote usage of an SMS based systems. Survey per SMS allows 7 different standard types of surveys to be completed. These surveys are ideal to use with mediums such as TV, Radio, Magazines, Newspapers etc. You simply register your survey online and within minutes your target public is able to respond via SMS. The survey per SMS system does everything for you, performing validity checks for every SMS received and calculating results instantly without creating any additional administration. The results are available immediately which can then be easily shared with your target public should you wish to do so. They can even access the survey results via SMS by SMSing "?" followed by the keyword!

Advanced Surveys - Customer feedback per SMS

The Customer Feedback per SMS system will easily determine existing consumer satisfaction levels for your company and highlight potential areas of improvement without creating any additional administration! Branches will receive SMS feedback forms with predefined questions, allowing customers to provide feedback regarding their experience via SMS. No administration is needed to register the response!

You can register Groups and Branches/Sections to further help classify your responses. Group Managers will be able to login to their accounts, allowing them to view feedback applicable to their Group and also associated Branches. Branch managers in turn will be able to login to their account to view customer feedback for their Branches. This allows for distributed data management/responsibility.

The system also includes an advanced notification functionality. The relevant Branch/Group or Head office Manager can immediately be notified via SMS or Email (or both) should a specific response be received (for example poor service). You're even able to customize the return SMS that is automatically sent to the customer depending on the type of response received!

If you're happy with the feedback you can even go one step further and allow your customers to view your results online! Simply provide them with your Survey ID and tell them to log on to www.surveypersms.com or alternatively place a link on your website which will automatically direct them to your survey results!
