MobiOde:mobile customer survey system
MobiOde is a mobile customer survey system. It's used for collecting data from mobile
users using their mobile phones. You create a survey on your PC and users respond to it via their
mobile phones. All results are immediately visible in statistics section on the web.
Surveys work on all mobile phones from old WAP phones to recent XHTML smart phones. We use our own mobile
phone detection and content adaptation system. User only needs to have internet or WAP access available on his phone.
Survey can be send directly to the phone by WAP push message.
SMS with survey are sending using Clickatell SMS gateway. User gets SMS with a link pointing to the survey and can start filling it in.
Mobile survey could be useful for clients like mobile operators, they can create a customer satisfaction survey and put it into their
portal (we did this with Vodafone Czech Republic last year). Mobile portal owners can use it for getting feedback from their visitors
and marketing and research firm can use it to get quick feedback on topics they are interested in. It can be sued on conferences too.
